Additionally, the Professional Musicians Local 47 and Employers’ Health & Welfare Fund offers these precautionary guidelines.

Regarding contractual matters, if one of your engagements is canceled or you are unable to work due to COVID-19 or any other illness, please check your contract to review the cancellation policy and to review any force majeure provisions that may apply. Additionally, out of an abundance of caution, your union is preparing contingency plans to ensure that there would be minimal disruptions to our operations resulting from any issues surrounding COVID-19.
