Please join us for our next General Membership Meeting and vote to fill a vacancy on the Election Board. We will also be voting on five Resolutions to amend the bylaws:
(1) Reinstatement Fee Reduction
(2) Officer Salary Reduction
(3) Membership Dues Increase
(4) Live Performance Work Dues Increase
(5) Organizing

The text of these Resolutions may also be found in the members-only section of our website, and are available in print upon request. Fifty members constitutes a quorum to conduct business at General Membership Meetings. All Regular Members and Life Members may vote; Inactive Life Members are ineligible to vote per Article IV, Section 11. Inactive Life Members wishing to vote may do so by changing their membership to Life Member status by 4:45 p.m. the business day prior to the day voting takes place — please do so early.
